Press-back Racking

Main introduction
Push-back racking uses the trolleys to push the cargos back on the guide rails for storage. When storing the second cargo, it pushes the first one into the depth direction. When taking the cargo out of the first space, it makes the cargo slide forward through the forward tilt Angle of the guide rail. It follows the principle of "first in, last out". The storage space utilization is similar to drive-in racking, but the forklifts needn’t drive into the racking area to pick up the cargos, which greatly improves the work efficiency.

Product Features
● High storage density, fast storage and transportation;
● The forklifts only need to operate at the lower end of the channel to access the cargos;
● The cargos are stipulated to enter and exit at one end of the racking, and follow the principle of “first in, last out “;
● The racking can be designed as 2, 3 or 4 depths according to customer needs.
● It is suitable for scenarios where the storage space is extremely limited, while the storage capacity must be increased or the time and picking requirements for cargos are not high.
