Main introduction

Live Pallet Racking uses the gravity of the cargos to automatically slide from end to end of warehousing, to achieve a flexible connection between in and out of the warehouse. It complies with the "first in, first out" access principle, and is especially suitable for racking storage with time requirements. It is picked up by the forklifts, and the forklifts needn’t to drive into the racking area. The picking and replenishment are separated, the pallets are put into the warehouse from one end and out from the other end. This setup effectively eliminates two operations in the receiving area.

● The cargos are deposited from the high end and slipped from the low end. and taken out from the low end. During the sliding process, the damper is arranged on the slideway to control the sliding within a safe range. A separator is provided at the delivery end, and the handling machine can smoothly take out the cargos at the position of the first board;

● The cargos follow the principle of first-in, first-out.. The racking has high storage density flexible coordination;

● It is suitable for storage operations with pallets as the carrier, which provides a better solution for the storage of large and heavy objects. The utilization rate of storage space is over 75%;

● This racking is very environmentally friendly. It can operate at full load in the form of no power, no energy consumption, low noise, safe and reliable;

● The separation of storage and picking greatly increases output. Due to the self-gravity that slides the cargos and with no operational channels, the racking reduces the number of haulage routes and forklifts.
