Shuttle Racking
The shuttle racking system is a high density storage system composed of racks, trolleys and forklifts. This high-efficiency storage method is to improve the utilization rate of warehouse space and bring new choices to customers.
Product Features:
● High-density storage, high warehouse utilization;
● High operating efficiency, greatly reducing waiting time;
● The operation mode is flexible, and the access method of cargos can be first-in, first-out, or first-in-last-out;
● High safety factor, reducing the collision between rasks and forklifts, and improving safety productivity;
● The lighting requirements are relatively low, and the overall investment is less than other rasks;
● It has better safety and shock resistance than drive-in racking.
Application scenarios:
● Large quantity and few samples: industries with large batches of single varieties such as food, beverages, chemicals, and tobacco, etc.;
● Cold storage operation: reduce low temperature operation time, improve operation efficiency and operation safety;
● Deadline management: warehouses with strict requirements on batches of items, requiring “first-in, first-out”;
● Increase storage capacity: warehouses with limited storage space that need to maximize the use of space.
Technical Parameters:
● Standard pallet load range: 500kg~1500kg;
● Running speed: maximum 50m/min;
● Control method: manual operation or vehicle or radio remote control operation;
● Applicable cold storage temperature: -25℃.
